Fourteen days,
if it does not work.

If, within 14 days of buying it, a product does not work as its page describes, on a version that page lists as supported, and we cannot fix it together by email — you get your money back, in full.

That is the whole condition. You will not be asked to justify it twice.

Most problems with a plugin are an install path, a missing permission or a setting, and are fixed in one reply. Writing first gets you a working product in most cases, and a refund in the rest — you lose nothing by it.

If the problem turns out to be a fault in the product, it gets fixed for everyone. If it cannot be fixed in time, the refund stands.

A product used on a version of After Effects, Blender or an operating system that its page does not list. Check compatibility before buying — the terms say why.

Having changed your mind after downloading. The file cannot be returned, so it is not taken back.

Coding or creative work done for clients. That is covered by the agreement made for that job, not by this page.

Write to hello@cloudrift.team with the order number from your receipt, which product it is, and what happens when you use it. The version of the host software and your operating system will save a round of questions.

You will have an answer within three business days.

Refunds go through the payment provider that took the payment, to the original payment method — the same card or account you paid with. How long it takes to appear there is up to your bank, and is usually a few business days.

Once a refund is made the licence ends, and with it the right to use the files and any key that came with them. The key stops working, and the plug-in goes back to the watermarked mode it runs in without a key: within a day, once the computer next checks the licence online. A computer that is offline keeps working until it reaches the internet, and for no longer than seven days. Please delete the files.

This policy is in addition to the rights the law gives you where you live, not instead of them.
